RULE Number 1.

  • Stay away from coffee.
  • Studies have shown that people who drink 4 or more cups of coffee a day are twice as likely to test positive for the rheumatoid factor which is an indicator of Rheumatoid Arthritis.
  • These foods contain a substance called solanine, to which some people, particularly those suffering from Rheumatoid Arthritis are highly sensitive.

RULE Number 2.

  • It is also highly recommended to avoid red meat as another means of getting rheumatoid arthritis pain relief.
  • Red meat contains high levels of inflation triggering Saturated Fat.


  • Saturated Fats found in red meat, cheese, butter and deep fried foods should be avoided at all times.

  • These fats are not only a problem for heart diseases, but it is believed that they may worsen inflammation for those suffering from arthritis.

  • Replace saturated fats with plant based fats like olive oil for cooking and salad dressings, and snack on nuts for healthy fat.
