When leaning towards herbal health and using herbs, always remember that there are situations and symptoms that require instant emergency medical attention and should not be left to herbs, which are a long term form of treatment.

When embarking on Herbal Health and the benefits of herbs, keep in mind that healing with herbs is a long term relationship, and wherever possible you should run tests where you can, to see if they are working. For example if you are trying to lose weight, weigh yourself regularly and if its not working, stop the herbs, and try something else.
When buying herbal remedies always use a well-known Brand, if you are not growing and preparing them yourself, as these products are very often subjected to clinical trials, as conventional medicine is.
So, as we always try to do, we are going to make this as simple as possible for you, by gradually building up our information (see right hand Column) on the well known and some not so well known herbs that we will be looking at.
